- The proper configuration for the MVP288XF is AT&F&C1&D2S95=47
- Flow Control = Hardware or RTS/CTS
- Baud Rate= 115,200 or 57,600

- Make sure the modem has the most current firmware. You can find out what version
- you have by sending an ATi3 command to the modem in a terminal mode. V1.40 is the
- latest and you can download it free from the Cardinal BBS at 717-293-3074.

- It is most likely you can't connect at 28.8 due to the poor condition of your
- local phone lines. Most phone companies will not gauarantee connections above
- 9600.
